14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

Customer satisfaction is our goal. Shop from home with the comfort of knowing that your order is backed by a 100% Money Back Guarantee. If for any reason you want to return or exchange an item, just contact us within 14 days and we shall replace it or credit your charge card.

Please note that product returns must meet the following conditions: 

  • It is lodged within 14 days of the purchase date
  • It is in its original packaging, including all manuals, documents, and accessories
  • The box, packaging, product and contents are intact, undamaged and in their original condition


For change of minds, the postage charges for returning the item back to us is the responsibility of the customer.

Once we receive the product, our team will assess its condition. We will accept your product return as long as the conditions outlined above are met. You will then be able to either exchange to a different product or get a refund.

EXCHANGES: If you exchange to a product of lesser value, the cost of the product will be deducted from the original cost. If you exchange to a product of higher value, you will need to pay the difference in cost.

REFUNDS: If you wish to obtain a refund, you can either get a full refund for the cost of the product in the form of store credit or a cash refund for the cost of the product (excludes shipping costs).

Dead on Arrival (DOA)

If your item was dead on arrival or the parcel was significantly damaged when you received it, please contact us within 7 days to arrange a return. Once we receive the parcel, our team will be able to send out a new unit of the same item. We are sorry this happen but you can rest assured that we will sort this out for you as quickly as possible!

I received the wrong product or parts of the product are missing.

If we sent you the wrong or incomplete product, please contact us immediately so that we can organise a replacement for you. We will also refund you for the cost of you returning the product to us. We apologise that this happened but mistakes do happen sometimes! As long as you let us know, we will do our best to rectify the situation for you as soon as possible.

Product damaged within 30 days

If the product you bought from us is damaged within 30 days of you receiving your item, you can return it to us for a replacement. Please contact us to organise a support case and product return.

Product damaged after 30 days

If the product is damaged after 30 days of receiving the item, the damage will fall under warranty. Please contact us to find out how you can organise a warranty repair with the manufacturer.

I want to cancel my order

If you wish to cancel your order, please do so as soon as you have decided. Your order can be cancelled as long as it has not been packed or shipped by the warehouse.

If the item has already left our warehouse, you can ship it back to us to organise a change of mind return based on the 14 Day Satisfaction Guarantee above. Please note that once the order has left our warehouse, you will have to arrange and pay for the postage of the item back to us if you wish to return it for a refund.

How do I return an item?

Please read the policies above to see which category you fall under and what your specific terms and conditions are for returning your item to us. Then, contact us as soon as possible to let us know. We will issue you with a Return Authorisation (RA) number and the return address so that you can return the product to us.

Will you refund my delivery charge?

We will usually refund you what you paid for your order but not the delivery charge. This is unless your order was faulty or incorrect. Please read the returns policy above to find out more.

I have been refunded the incorrect amount

We're really sorry if we made a mistake with your refund! Please contact us as soon as possible so that we can sort it out for you. Do check if the following may have affected the refund amount:

  • The delivery charge, which is only refunded if the order is faulty or incorrect
  • Any discounts that were applied at the time of sale, which may not be applicable for a refund

How long will my refund take to be processed?

If you would like to return an item, we will refund you within 30 days of the day that we email you to confirm that you are entitled for a refund. Please note, all returns and refunds are subject to the returns policy outlined here. 

Faulty products returned by you will be refunded in full, including a refund for the delivery charges for you sending the item back to us. 

In the event that we do not receive your returned goods, we will ask you to provide the certificate of posting from the Post Office as proof of postage. 

We will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase.

Can I exchange an item?
