What payment methods do you accept?

You can pay with credit card, Paypal or via bank deposit.

1. Credit Card - Select Paypal as your payment method. You do not need to have a Paypal account to do this. After you submit your order, you only have to submit your credit card details - the payment will be processed via Paypal. 

2. Paypal - After submitting your order, you will be led to the Paypal payment page. Simply log in to your Paypal account to complete the payment.

3. Bank Deposit - After submitting your order, make a bank transfer to the account details below and include your order number (it will come up in the order success page or in your order confirmation email) as the payment reference. Email us the remittance advice so that we can keep a look out for your payment and process your payment faster.

When will my order be shipped out?

Your order will usually be shipped out 1-2 business days after payment has been received. Please take note that credit card payments are usually instant, but bank transfers will take about 3 working days to complete. For more information, see shipping information

What is the status of my order?

You can check the status of your order either by logging in to your customer account or using the order status form. You will need to include your order number, email address or postcode. You can track your order with the provided tracking number on Otherwise, contact us for assistance.

Can I pick up my order?

We do not currently offer pick up from our warehouse.

How long does delivery take? 

Delivery times will depend on how fast the payment for your order comes through and your location. Once payment is cleared, we will ship out your order within 1-2 business days. It will usually take about 2-3 business days to reach metro areas or 3-5 business days for more rural areas.

Do you ship internationally?

We do not currently offer international shipping. The costs would be too high and the warranty is Australian so it's best that you order locally!

How can I return a product?

You can return a product to us if it's faulty, damaged, or if you've just changed your mind. Please refer to our returns policy for more information.

The item I want is out of stock, what can I do? 

You can contact us to enquire about when it will be back in stock. We can either contact you when it's back in stock or you can place a backorder for the item so that it will be shipped to you as soon as it comes back into stock.

Can I amend or cancel my order? 

If you wish to change or cancel your order, please do so as soon as you have decided. Your order can be changed or cancelled as long as it has not been packed or shipped by the warehouse.

If the item has already left our warehouse, you can ship it back to us to organise a return based on the 14 Day Satisfaction Guarantee outlined in our returns policy. Please note that once the order has left our warehouse, you will have to arrange and pay for the postage of the item back to us if you wish to return it for a refund.
