When will my order be shipped out?

Your order will usually be shipped out 1-2 business days after payment has been received. Please take note that credit card payments are usually instant, but bank transfers will take about 3 working days to complete. For more information, see shipping information

What is the status of my order?

You will be updated via email each time the status of your order changes, so make sure you've entered the correct email address. 

You will know your order is shipped out because we will email you the tracking number for the delivery.

As all orders are now handled by the local distributor, Andatech, all your new order emails will come from Andatech themselves.

If you are unsure of the status of your order, please contact Andatech directly and provide them with your order number to find out more.

Can I pick up my order?

Yes, you can pick up your order from Andatech's warehouse in Vermont, VIC. Please contact us first to arrange a pick up. Do not order online as your item will get shipped out automatically.

How long does delivery take? 

Delivery times will depend on how fast the payment for your order comes through and your location. Once payment is cleared, we will ship out your order within 1-2 business days. It will usually take about 2-3 business days to reach metro areas or 3-5 business days for more rural areas.

Do you ship internationally?

We do not currently offer international shipping. The costs would be too high and the warranty is Australian so it's best that you order locally!

How can I return a product?

You can return a product to us if it's faulty, damaged, or if you've just changed your mind. Please refer to our returns policy for more information.

My item is damaged / faulty! What can I do?

Please contact us as soon as possible so that we can sort this out for you. Check out our returns policy for more information.

The item I want is out of stock, what can I do? 

You can contact us to enquire about when it will be back in stock. We can either contact you when it's back in stock or you can place a backorder for the item so that it will be shipped to you as soon as it comes back into stock.

Can I amend or cancel my order? 

If you wish to change or cancel your order, please do so as soon as you have decided. Your order can be changed or cancelled as long as it has not been packed or shipped by the warehouse.

If the item has already left our warehouse, you can ship it back to us to organise a return based on our returns policy.

Please note that once the order has left our warehouse, you will have to arrange and pay for the postage of the item back to us if you wish to return it for a refund.

Do your products come with Australian warranty?

Yes! All our products are sourced from the local Australian distributors or suppliers, so they come with the full Australian warranty.
